Job Description:

To provide office based clinical services to children, families and/or groups in our Elyria, OH office. Services include individual therapy, family interventions, and group therapy.

Candidate must have a Master's Degree, a valid Ohio Social Work or Counseling License. A minimum of 2 years prior experience in the delivery of mental health services to children with complex needs is essential; as well as proven experience with Medicaid billing requirements. Some evening hours required.

About Applewood Centers:
